years and currently cares for more than 400 individuals with the infection as well as hundreds with Hepatitis and/or on PrEP.

Physician/Medical Director Southwest Boulevard Family Health Care
Services of Greater Kansas City (FHC)is seeking a full-time Medical Director as the lead clinician in charge of primary
care services provided by Family Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center Look-A-Like. The
Medical Director monitors clinical performance to ensure medical services and operations are in compliance with all applicable
regulatory and licensing agencies. As a member of the Leadership team, the Medical Director is responsible for implementing,
reviewing, and developing clinical protocols, performance objectives, productivity benchmarks, compliance measures, provider
workflow planning and continuous clinical quality improvement. Summary This is an administrative position with primary responsibility for the oversight of
medical services. The Medical Director is responsible to provide administrative leadership to foster
superior quality patient care. The Medical Director works cooperatively with the CEO, Administration and service Teams to
include the perspective of all disciplines in order to develop efficient and effective patient care delivery through establishing
and implementing clinical policies, procedures and protocols according to pertinent standards of care. This position reports directly to and advises the CEO. Duties and Responsibilities Provide administrative and functional management
of the daily health care activities and staff. Participate
in administrative meetings, general staff meetings, team leader (compliance) meetings, personnel meetings, etc. as required
to provide clinical insight for organizational planning and decision-making regarding patient care programs and clinical operations. Provide leadership of medical providers- Supervise staff, volunteer, and contracted
Physicians, NPs, and PAs. Clinical consultation
to other providers as needed. Participate
in interviewing/choosing clinical staff and provide oversight of professional privileging. Oversight of and assignment of collaborative practice agreements with
mid-level providers within regulatory requirements.
Establish/develop
clear clinical policies, procedures, and protocols regarding performance of health care services. Assist as appropriate with the development of and implementation of new
programs. Work closely with the behavioral health specialists to provide continuity of care for the mental health population. Assist in implementation of updating procedures including EHR and providing
update training for other providers. Participate
in development of clinical staff including hiring, privileging and training. Establish
and oversee quality assurance regarding health care services- the clinical (evidence-based clinical quality standards), safety,
infection control, billing and practice policies and operating procedures/protocols to ensure the appropriate federal and
state regulations and professional guidelines are met. Support
the mission and vision of Family Health Care. May
at times be asked to represent FHC to various entities including organizations, media, prospective funding agencies and/or
a range of other constituencies. Utilize
technology as required. Perform miscellaneous
job-related duties as assigned. Follow established
organizational policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental,
and/or infection control standards. Perform
miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Other requirements- The Medical Director is required to maintain appropriate licensure,
current CME requirements, certifications, and professional affiliations. The Medical Director participates
in direct patient care to patients at Family Health Care. Estimated 5-8 hours of conferences and
review tasks weekly.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Medical Assistant you will:
- Welcome patients
and obtain medical histories from patients; verify patient information
- Assist providers during examinations and treatment
- Perform ancillary testing and tasks as
ordered by the Center Medical Director (PFT, EKG, injections, audiograms, blood draws, etc.) and as certified
- Dispense medications within the scope
of practice as ordered by the treating providers and in accordance with state regulations

office team as needed
