Lisa Harvey
Chief Executive Officer
Lisa worked in administration for twelve years before coming to FHC in 2011. Contributions to previous organizations agencies range from clinical oversight to organizational growth and management. Since November, 2011, Ms. Harvey assumed many roles at FHC, including oversight of IT, Human Resources, Administration, and Finances, until her final appointment as Acting CEO. “I feel as if my experiences in life have lead me to FHC. I am excited to lead FHC as we take on new initiatives beneficial to our members’ health and wellbeing. We look forward to strengthening FHC’s community presence through growth and collaboration with other agencies. I’m proud of Family Health Care and our dedicated staff.”
Dr. Erica Findley
Dental Director
Dr. Findley has dedicated her career to the non-profit world. Graduating from the UNC School of Dentistry, she then attended an AEGD residency at the VA Medical Center in NC in order to hone her skills in surgical extractions and prosthetics. Additionally, she uses her EMBA to help the executive team strategize future projects and growth. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Findley is interested in building collaborations with the community and developing outreach to bring services to where they are needed most.
Shari Webster
Community Relations and Development Director
Shari has over two decades of management and marketing experience owning and operating her own businesses. She has an extensive background in fundraising for nonprofits in Kansas City. Shari has been the Community Relations and Development Director at Family Health Care for over ten years excelling in volunteer coordination, event planning, community relations, development and grant writing.
